Paul Griffiths is a graduate of the Boston University Creative Writing Program, where he studied with Leslie Epstein, Martha Cooley, and Ha Jin, as well as Sarah Lawrence College, where he studied with Mary LaChapelle, Melvin Bukiet, Thomas Lux, and Marie Howe. Enough name dropping yet? Hardly. For the past two years, he has attended Breadloaf Writer's Conference on work-study scholarship (with Julia Alvarez and Charles Baxter). He's also taken a class with Bruce Machart at the venerable local writing institution, grub street. During the day, he works for OHO, a Cambidge-based design and technology company focused on not-for-profits. During the night, he lives in Somerville, MA with his wife and two sons. |
